Description
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage projects across multiple delivery methods (Design-Build, CM at Risk, Public Bid, Negotiated)
- Maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction
- Utilize Procore to manage project workflows and reporting
Profile
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong background in commercial construction and pre-engineered metal buildings
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
- Comfortable managing fast-paced projects with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficient with Procore software

$100,000-$120,000 base
