Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction planning through final completion
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents
- Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with company standards
- Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders
- Track and approve project costs, invoices, and pay applications
- Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and warranty requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively with owners, design teams, and field personnel
