Job Description
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain quality workmanship and compliance with safety requirements.
- Enforce site safety policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Monitor project progress, proactively resolving issues to minimise delays.
- Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal teams to provide updates and address concerns.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing interior construction projects with strong knowledge of this nature.
- Ability to lead teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain project time-lines.
- Ability to support business development efforts and contribute to generating new project opportunities.
