Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects in the Vineland, NJ region. The ideal candidate has a strong background in site development, infrastructure work, heavy civil operations, and managing field teams and subcontractors. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction sequencing, budgets, and safety compliance.

• Lead and manage multiple civil construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop, track, and manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and manpower allocations.
• Coordinate with engineers, owners, municipal agencies, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure scope, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Prepare and review project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily/weekly reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress aligns with plans and specifications.
• Identify risks, delays, and cost impacts while developing proactive solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Lead project meetings, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Civil Construction should have:

• Proven experience managing civil construction projects in the Property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
