We are partnering with a top‑tier construction management firm to hire an experienced Project Manager to support large‑scale projects in and around New Haven, CT. Description

• Manage large‑scale construction projects throughout the New Haven, CT area
• Support and deliver major institutional work, including projects within university campuses
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate closely with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
• Lead both renovation and ground‑up construction efforts
• Track project performance using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements

Profile

• 8 years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC or CM firm
• Background managing large and complex projects valued at scale
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, life science, office, or commercial construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to commute to projects in and around New Haven or Hartford, CT
• Open to an on‑site role with no remote or hybrid option
