Description
- Manage large‑scale construction projects throughout the New Haven, CT area
- Support and deliver major institutional work, including projects within university campuses
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate closely with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Lead both renovation and ground‑up construction efforts
- Track project performance using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements

Profile
- 8 years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC or CM firm
- Background managing large and complex projects valued at scale
- Experience in higher education, healthcare, life science, office, or commercial construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to commute to projects in and around New Haven or Hartford, CT
- Open to an on‑site role with no remote or hybrid option
