My client is a $285M, 100% employee-owned construction company with over 75 years in the industry, operating out of offices in Bloomington (headquarters), Indianapolis, and Evansville. Job Description

The Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large scale commercial & education ground up projects from inception through completion
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
• Deliver projects ranging from $20M within a strong pipeline

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate

• 5 years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
• Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools. - Vista and AutoCAD preffered
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
