Job Description
The Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large scale commercial & education ground up projects from inception through completion
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
- Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
- Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
- Deliver projects ranging from $20M within a strong pipeline
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate
- 5 years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
- Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
- Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools. - Vista and AutoCAD preffered
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
