Job Description

The Project Executive - Occupied Healthcare - NoVA will:

• Oversee multiple healthcare renovation projects across Northern Virginia, Central Virginia, and Southern Maryland.
• Lead project teams and mentor project managers, superintendents, and emerging leaders.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, contributing to operational decisions, growth planning, and business development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
• Track, analyze, and report on project metrics-including cost, risk, schedule performance, and quality.
• Utilize construction technology (Procore, scheduling software, KPI/metric development tools) to enhance operations.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and professionalism in active hospital environments.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and internal leadership forums.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Executive - Occupied Healthcare - NoVA will have:

• 8-10 years of construction experience, including 7 years in healthcare construction.
• Strong experience in the DC Metro healthcare market.
• Proven ability to manage teams, develop talent, and inspire followership.
• Business‑minded, strategic thinker with the ability to be tactical and hands‑on as needed.
• Excellent client‑facing skills; comfortable leading project interviews and building new relationships.
• Highly proficient with construction technology, metric development, and scheduling platforms.
• Strong understanding of cost management, risk assessment, and complex renovation environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to grow alongside an expanding business.
