As a Project Executive, you will oversee all phases of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance
- Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and field operations teams
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
- Mentor project managers and contribute to team development
Profile
Ideal Project Executive candidates will bring:
- Strong experience in construction project management, ideally as a Project Executive
- Experience in mission critical, hospital, and/or data center construction is preferred
- Proven success managing large-scale commercial or data center projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- OSHA certification and additional training a plus
