Description
The Project Executive will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of higher education construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Leading and mentoring project teams, fostering strong collaboration and communication.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain alignment on project goals.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project efficiency and safety.
- Regularly reporting project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and client satisfaction.
Profile
A successful Project Executive should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 10-12 years of experience within a commercial general contracting environment
- Proven experience leading higher education projects from inception through delivery
- Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $30M
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of profitability and client satisfaction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera Scheduling, and BIM
- Strong Senior Project Managers with relevant experience will also be considered
