The Project Engineer will be responsible for leading design and development project for production. You will be a key player in the full life cycle development of medical device products in a high volume environment.

Description
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory, and supply chain to meet project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports in compliance with ISO and FDA regulations.
- Serve as primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements.
- Support process development and validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for medical device and related products.
- Monitor and report project performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP) throughout all phases of the project.
- Assist in cost estimation and resource planning for new and ongoing projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support during audits and client visits, ensuring readiness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
