Job Description
- Plan project scope, schedule, and budget for large‑scale renovation work
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
- Manage contracts, change orders, and cost control
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Lead project closeout, punch lists, and final inspections
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record delivering large-scale renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless execution at every phase
- Strong ability to coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects aligned, on schedule, and within budget
- Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving solutions
- Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and field teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations, ensuring full compliance across all operations
- Hands-on leader focused on quality, efficiency, accountability, and problem-solving in the field
- Demonstrated success managing fast-paced, multi-phase construction environments while maintaining project momentum
