Job Description
As the Project Engineer, you will report directly to a Project Manager and support all phases of project delivery on interior construction projects.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Assist with schedule coordination, updates, and progress tracking
- Support procurement of materials, subcontractor scopes, and long‑lead items
- Maintain organized digital records across secure and non‑secure projects
- Participate in jobsite walks, quality control checks, and punch lists
- Coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with estimating tasks including takeoffs, bid reviews, and scope analysis
The Successful Applicant
For The Project Engineer Role, We Are Seeking
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 0-3 years of experience in commercial construction
- Exposure to high end office interiors and/or secure facility projects preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project
- Interest in secure facility requirements (prior experience a plus, not required)
- Base salary of $65,000-$80,000, dependent on experience
