Job Description
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role supporting Project Managers and field leadership across active, occupied renovation work and larger ground‑up assignments.
- Assist with project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and close‑out packages
- Maintain project schedules, logs, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Support procurement activities, tracking materials, subcontractor agreements, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subs to ensure seamless communication
- Assist with budget tracking, cost reports, and invoice processing
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Contribute to smooth project handoff and turnover processes

- $55,000-$70,000 base salary, depending on experience
