Job Description

• Coordinates and maintains information received from project management team
• Processes client invoices, pays vendors, maintains outstanding balances on project lifecycle
• Issues change orders and vendors
• Performs project-specific financial reporting and conducts project reconciliations in partnership with PM and CFO
• Records journal entries for project reconciliations
• Set up new vendors with documents
• Own the set up and delivering of GMP contracts for new/upcoming projects

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years of construction accounting experience
• Experience leading the GMP process for upcoming projects and tracking current projects
• Higher education preferred
• Construction ERP tool experience
