Job Description
- Coordinates and maintains information received from project management team
- Processes client invoices, pays vendors, maintains outstanding balances on project lifecycle
- Issues change orders and vendors
- Performs project-specific financial reporting and conducts project reconciliations in partnership with PM and CFO
- Records journal entries for project reconciliations
- Set up new vendors with documents
- Own the set up and delivering of GMP contracts for new/upcoming projects
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of construction accounting experience
- Experience leading the GMP process for upcoming projects and tracking current projects
- Higher education preferred
- Construction ERP tool experience
