Job Description
Product Development & LaunchDevelopment
- Build business cases for new products, features, and applications using market and technical evidence.
- Convert product strategy into detailed customer requirements and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Write product requirements based on customer and market insights.
- Support R&D by clarifying requirements and prioritizing features.
- Participate in design and improvement of new and existing products.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure milestones are set, tracked, and achieved.
- Lead product launch and go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).
- Develop value propositions and positioning for products, applications, and target markets.
- Work with Operations and Finance to define product pricing, margins, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee creation of product collateral (user guides, IFUs, marketing materials, etc.).
- Define and maintain a 5‑year product and portfolio strategy in alignment with market intelligence and R&D.
- Communicate short‑, mid‑, and long‑term product roadmaps across internal stakeholders.
- Build market models to forecast future revenue streams.

- Support sales teams via product demos, technical insights, and customer interactions.
- Build a network of centers of excellence as advocates for portfolio technologies.
- Support creation and execution of marketing plans.
- Develop promotional campaigns and monitor performance.
- Produce sales and support materials using internal resources.
- Assist with resolution of product issues through cross‑functional collaboration.

A Successful Product Manager, Bio Should Have
- 5 years of product management experience in biopharma markets
- Preferred: hands‑on experience in cell culture or fermentation process development
- Proven background in biotechnology or related fields
- Strong knowledge of upstream cell culture workflows and process analytics
- Familiarity with industry standards (QC, QA, GMP, FDA validation protocols)
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders
- Strong technical and business credibility
- Excellent presentation and communication capabilities
- Knowledge of regulatory drivers for biopharma labs
- Experience presenting ROI and business opportunities to senior leaders

- Demonstrated success in product launches and revenue growth
- Willingness to travel as business needs require
