Description

The Product Engineer will:

• Lead new product development from concept through launch, including feasibility analysis and planning.
• Apply project management principles to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, including tooling and equipment requirements.
• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to source materials and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Support seamless transition from design to production, providing technical guidance as needed.
• Utilize ERP systems for product data management and scheduling.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to support innovation.

Profile

A successful Product Engineer should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or product development.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and familiar with ERP systems.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
