Job Description
- Lead new product development programs from concept to production
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Work in SolidWorks or Creo to modify or create designs
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and manufacturing sites
- Evaluate manufacturability and support process optimization
- Conduct or support FEA and Moldflow analysis
- Manage engineering changes and communicate cost/timeline impact
- Travel (~25%) to manufacturing sites and customer locations
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Product Engineer Should Have
- Experience with injection molding (required)
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo
- Background in product development or NPD
- Ability to manage projects and customer relationships
- Experience balancing design, manufacturing, and business needs
- Exposure to thermoset composites (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (flexible for extensive experience)
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 USD.
