Job Description
As Procurement Manager, you will report directly to the local Managing Director with a dotted line into global procurement leadership, taking ownership of sourcing and purchasing strategy across the site.
- Lead procurement activities for direct and indirect materials, services, and capital projects
- Manage and develop a Purchasing Supervisor, with indirect oversight of a Buyer
- Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and risk management
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long‑term supplier agreements
- Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, and Quality
- Support engineer‑to‑order manufacturing and operational growth initiatives
- Align local procurement activity with global policies and commodity strategies

The Successful Applicant
For The Procurement Manager We Are Seeking
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience operating within matrix organizations and multicultural, global teams
- Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management
- Hands‑on experience with SAP enterprise resource planning systems
- Confident leadership style with the ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting engineer‑to‑order or industrial manufacturing environments is highly desirable
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $140,000 USD.
