Job Description
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining metal stamping processes across compound, progressive, and transfer tooling. This role delivers hands‑on engineering support to operations, drives continuous improvement projects, and leads die design efforts for new products and process upgrades. The engineer also supports NPI readiness, analyzes performance data, ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards, and collaborates closely with cross‑functional partners and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and sustain stamping processes and die designs.
- Support NPI launches, workflow optimization, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
