Job Description
- Lead the preconstruction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation for construction projects.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Develop and manage preconstruction schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend value engineering options to optimize project costs and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.
- Prepare and present preconstruction reports to internal and external stakeholders.
