Job Description
- Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates for CMaR and Design-Build projects
- Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and scope development
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams during early project phases
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to ensure accurate cost projections
- Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and procurement processes
