About the Role:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and expand day-to-day operations. This individual will:
Manage labor, materials, and logistics for projects ranging from $100K-$2M.
Lead current work, including a $1.5M drywall project at an elementary school.
Spearhead the growth of operations as a standalone revenue stream.
Oversee two field managers and help grow the existing labor pool (currently 10 carpenters).
Support future investments in tools, equipment, and new software (Tool Belt, Tool Watch).
