Job Description
- Assist in managing commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout
- Support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination efforts
- Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners
- Track project costs and assist with forecasting and financial reporting
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential risks or delays
- Participate in project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered according to quality, safety, and contractual requirements
- Assist with project closeout activities, punch lists, and final documentation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and trade partners

The Successful Applicant
- 2 years of experience in commercial construction as a project manager or assistant project manager
- Experience working on mixed-commercial construction projects required (i.e. Healthcare, Data Center, Municipal, Mission Critical, etc.)
- Must be local or within a commutable distance to Dublin, GA
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
