Description

  • Manage and supervise all on‑site construction activities for office interiors, ensuring full compliance with drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate daily with project managers, subcontractors, trades, and vendors to maintain interior project schedules and budgets.
  • Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant job site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, identify issues, and implement solutions quickly.
  • Maintain accurate field documentation, including daily reports, schedules, RFIs, and site logs.
  • Collaborate with clients, building management, and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain clear communication.
  • Oversee the quality of all work performed during interior buildouts to meet company and client standards.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to on‑site teams to promote teamwork and efficient project execution.

  • Oversee quality control for all interior construction work to ensure it meets company, building, and client expectations.
