Job Description
- Manage end-to-end event planning and execution (invitations, registration, communications, and post-event follow-up)
- Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, travel (flights/hotels), and on-site operations
- Develop event materials such as agendas, speaker briefings, and timelines
- Track and manage event budgets, expenses, and reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
- Support scheduling and coordination for event leadership
- Ensure all events meet compliance standards and deliver a high-quality client experience

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Office Events Coordinator Should Have
- 5-7 years of corporate event management experience, ideally in professional services or regulated industries
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end, high-volume, client-facing events independently
- Strong project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels
- Detail-oriented with experience managing budgets, logistics, and timelines
- Proficient in event platforms (StoneShot, Cvent, or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
