Description

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in the retail sector along the East Coast.
• Build and maintain relationships with key retail accounts including Publix, Wegman's, Wakefern, Food Lion and others.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Support and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as needed.
