Job Description
- Lead construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction planning to close‑out
- Maintain control of project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting
- Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and contract administration
- Coordinate day‑to‑day execution with Superintendents and field teams
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor
- Background in ground‑up commercial and/or complex interior projects
- Strong understanding of construction means, sequencing, and cost controls
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience with industry project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Clear communicator with a practical, delivery‑focused mindset
- Base salary starting at $95,000, dependent on experience
