Job Description
The Project Manager will:
- Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants)
- Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
- 4 years of experience in construction or project management, preferably in multifamily or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management and construction software tools
