Job Description
- Serve as the day‑to‑day Project Manager onsite for a ground‑up multifamily project.
- Manage full PM responsibilities including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead all RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications using Procore.
- Coordinate closely with the Lead Superintendent and field staff to maintain schedule and quality.
- Interface with ownership, design teams, inspectors, and consultants.
- Support buyout, subcontractor coordination, and procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting standards.
- Partner with a Project Executive who will visit the site regularly.
- Potentially coordinate with a remote Assistant Project Manager.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Multifamily Project Manager Should Have
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on ground‑up multifamily or affordable housing projects.
- Strong preference for candidates with Charlotte‑area multifamily experience.
- Experience with wood‑frame construction required.
- Stable work history and demonstrated project ownership.
- Ability to operate independently in an onsite leadership role.
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Procore proficiency required.
- Competitive salary range of USD $120.000 to $145.000 per year.
