Job Description
- Support the lead Superintendent with daily site management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Oversee framing or punchout scopes to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
- Maintain daily logs, paperwork, and project documentation with high accuracy.
- Assist in managing project financials, site logistics, and progress reporting.
- Help drive 4-6 active projects while ensuring consistent adherence to plans and specifications.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Assistant Superintendent Should Have
- Assistant Superintendent experience in multifamily construction.
- Background in punchout or framing with strong problem‑solving ability.
- Able to hold lower‑tier subcontractors accountable while maintaining professional relationships.
- Works independently, makes decisions confidently, and comes prepared with solutions.
- Strong tenure, scheduling familiarity, and experience using construction software.
