Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities for multi-family projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections, maintain detailed records, and report progress to project management.
- Lead a team of skilled trades, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and unexpected challenges in a proactive and timely manner.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and costs, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and organized construction site, emphasizing adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement among on-site personnel.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on multi-family residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and documents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
