Job Description

• Lead 2-3 negotiated design/build projects from sales to closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials
• Collaborate daily with in-house architects and design professionals
• Mentor and oversee PEs and APMs across active projects
• Support business development through client meetings and presentations

The Successful Applicant

• 15 years of commercial construction experience
• Proven delivery of $10M-$20M projects across Divisions 0-32
• Hands-on leader comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Strong client-facing and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field
