Job Description
- Lead day‑to‑day site operations for ground‑up projects
- Oversee sitework, underground utilities, and foundations
- Coordinate concrete, structural steel, and PEMB scopes
- Manage subcontractor sequencing, safety, and inspections

- 10 years of construction experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Local to South Florida with strong subcontractor knowledge
- Proven ground‑up experience with concrete and steel

- Salary range: $140,000-$180,000; depending on experience
- Guaranteed 2‑week bonus plus project bonuses
