Job Description
- Lead field execution on healthcare projects (renovations ground-up)
- Coordinate work in active healthcare environments
- Maintain strict safety, infection control, and scheduling standards
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control
- Interface with owners, architects, and internal teams
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of Superintendent experience
- Healthcare or related complex project experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in occupied or phased construction environments
- Ability to travel regionally / stay project-based out of Abilene
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
- AVERAGE TENURE OF 3 YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY
- $135,000 - $165,000 base - dependent on experience
- $800/month truck allowance
