Job Description
Key Responsibilities: MEP Project Manager
- Manage MEP projects from preconstruction through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary interface between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
- Monitor project performance, including cost control, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Oversee field staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Support project estimating, risk management, and value engineering efforts.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful MEP Project Manager will have:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering, or equivalent experience.- Minimum 7 years of experience managing MEP construction projects in commercial or institutional settings.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating multiple trades.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and construction best practices.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client expectations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
