Job Description

Key Responsibilities: MEP Project Manager


  • Manage MEP projects from preconstruction through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and coordination with subcontractors.

  • Serve as the primary interface between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership.

  • Monitor project performance, including cost control, schedule adherence, and quality standards.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

  • Oversee field staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Support project estimating, risk management, and value engineering efforts.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful MEP Project Manager will have:




  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing MEP construction projects in commercial or institutional settings.

  • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating multiple trades.

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and construction best practices.

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client expectations.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
