Job Description
- Oversee all MEP scopes-HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, low-voltage-from design coordination through field installation and turnover.
- Manage subcontractors, engineers, and field teams to ensure execution is aligned with cost, quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
- Lead technical reviews, procurement, and installation on large-scale, mission-critical builds across data center, life sciences, higher-ed, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
- Coordinate commissioning and closeout with clients, consultants, and trade partners to ensure seamless project handoff.
- Mentor and develop MEP engineers and superintendents, and collaborate with national MEP leadership on best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- 10 years of MEP management experience across both preconstruction and field operations
- Strong technical depth in MEP systems, sequencing, and cost engineering
- Ability to lead large teams and communicate effectively with owners, engineers, and trade partners
- Experience on large technical projects (e.g. data center, pharma, healthcare, semiconductor, or similar)
- LEED accreditation preferred; strong familiarity with Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM360, and Smartsheet
