Job Description
- 3 years of experience as a MEP Estimator
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to determine project scope and specifications.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in estimates.
- Identify and assess potential project risks and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
- Assist in preparing bid proposals and participate in negotiations as needed.
- Monitor and track project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.

A Successful MEP Estimator Should Have
