Description
- Support MEP project managers with schedule tracking, cost data, and reporting
- Maintain accurate construction data, logs, and MEP documentation
- Assist with coordination between MEP trades, field teams, and consultants
- Track submittals, RFIs, installation progress, and closeout documentation
- Participate in project meetings and prepare status updates and action items
- Perform site walks and assist with field verification as needed
- Support quality control and compliance with project requirements
- Travel to other project sites as required to support project needs

Profile
A successful MEP Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2 years of experience in construction, MEP coordination, or project support
- Understanding of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Experience with construction data, reporting, or project controls preferred
- Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as project schedules require
