Job Description

• Lead all manufacturing site operations with full responsibility for performance and execution
• Serve as the primary site leader and point of contact with senior leadership
• Oversee production, engineering, maintenance, quality, finance, and administrative functions
• Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and asset utilization initiatives
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met
• Manage budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation
• Champion continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Extensive experience leading manufacturing plant operations
• Previous P&L responsiblity
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and maintenance practices
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to troubleshoot on the floor
