Job Description
- Program and optimize CNC equipment (press brakes, lasers, panel benders, robotic systems)
- Build and maintain routings, BOMs, and item master data that keep production running smoothly
- Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement real solutions
- Lead training for supervisors and teams on new processes and technologies
- Improve throughput, reduce waste, and shorten changeover times
- Help implement systems that connect engineering, planning, and production
The Successful Applicant
- 1 years of CNC programming experience (laser, press brake, Welding, Mill/lathes)
- understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- A problem-solver who can turn analysis into action
- Clear communicator who can work across engineering and production teams
- $60,000 - $75,000 salary
