- Improve production processes, cycle times, and yield
- Lead cost reduction and lean initiatives
- Support new product introductions (NPI)
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and operations teams
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Manufacturing Engineer Should Have
- BS in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related)
- 2-5 years manufacturing engineering experience
- Automotive or high-volume production experience preferred
- Lean/CI knowledge (Six Sigma a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills
