Job Description
- Design and improve manufacturing processes to support efficient production of complex electromechanical and cable assembly products.
- Develop clear, detailed work instructions and assembly documentation to ensure consistent product quality and repeatability.
- Collaborate with design and project engineers to transition new products from development into production.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing, testing, and quality-related issues to minimize defects and downtime.
- Evaluate production performance and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Support the development and validation of tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment used in assembly operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, employee training, and compliance with quality standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
