Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for new product launches, product updates, and operational initiatives.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
- Build and enhance project management frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, and communication tools.
- Partner closely with R&D, Operations, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to maintain alignment and visibility across all active projects.
- Facilitate effective cross‑functional meetings, including project kickoffs, status updates, risk mitigation reviews, and post‑mortems.
- Identify project bottlenecks, proactively communicate risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage customer interactions related to project progress, requirements, and deliverables.
- Ensure accurate project documentation, recordkeeping, and version control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project throughput, process standardization, and team efficiency.
- Support leadership with reporting, resource planning, workload balancing, and long‑term project strategy.

The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years of project management experience in manufacturing, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, food/beverage, CPG, or a similar regulated environment.
- Prior leadership or team management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of product development workflows, commercialization processes, and cross‑functional operations.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com).
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
- PMP, Lean, or Agile certifications are a plus but not required.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical and process-improvement capabilities.
