Description
- Monitor and evaluate the financial and operational performance of LIHTC properties.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC program regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate with property management teams to address operational challenges.
- Analyze financial reports and recommend necessary actions to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors and property managers.
- Assist in resolving issues related to asset performance and tenant compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
