Job Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and in compliance with all regulations.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, and change orders.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
