The focus will be on ground-up light industrial and warehouse/distribution projects, ensuring strategic delivery and operational excellence.

Description

• Lead market expansion efforts in Savannah, building client relationships and supporting business development.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Actively participate in estimating, budgeting, and preconstruction planning.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and field teams.
• Manage risk, contracts, and compliance while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategies and operational improvements.

Profile

• 10 years of experience in construction management, with expertise in light industrial and warehouse/distribution projects.
• Strong background in preconstruction and estimating, as well as project execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for project oversight and business development.
