Description
- Lead daily onsite operations for multifamily construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure safety compliance and high-quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues proactively
- Manage material procurement and delivery logistics
- Collaborate with project managers on schedules and budgets
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients and field teams
Profile
- Proven experience in multifamily or similar ground-up construction
- Strong understanding of construction codes, safety, and best practices
- Skilled in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
- Local market knowledge and a proactive problem-solving mindset
