Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for a ground-up project in Portland, ME
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain workflow
• Communicate progress and challenges effectively to project stakeholders
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff

Profile

A successful Senior/Lead Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on large-scale ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of multifamily or mixed-use construction; hotel or senior living experience a plus
• Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple trades effectively
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety standards
• Willingness to travel or work on-site in Portland, ME
