Description
The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will:
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Oversee inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
