Lead Superintendent - Large Ground Up - Norton, MA

The Lead Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role is essential for managing teams and coordinating resources in the property construction industry.

Description

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management on-site.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote a productive and collaborative work environment.

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent should have:

• 10 years of experience running ground up projects $40M
• Ability to lead a project from start to completions and oversee a team
• Must have MA CSL
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee on-site staff and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
