Description
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management on-site.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote a productive and collaborative work environment.

Profile
A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
- 10 years of experience running ground up projects $40M
- Ability to lead a project from start to completions and oversee a team
- Must have MA CSL
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee on-site staff and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
